Jillian Michaels, the celebrity fitness trainer of "Biggest Loser" fame, may have picked up a residence in the Point Dume area of Malibu, Calif., for $3.61 million.
The Real Estalker (via Variety) broke the news of the purchase, but noted that it could be a rumor.
The news comes just after Michaels announced she wouldn't be returning in the next season of "Biggest Loser". She also recently sold off her Hollywood Hills home for $2.1 million.
Public records show that the home closed sale in July - just a month after Michaels got a sale-pending sign on her Hollywood Hills home.
It last listed for $3.99 million, but Michaels managed to secure a discount on the price tag if she did buy the house.
The residence, located at Bonsall Drive in Point Dume, is a 3,660-square-foot single-family residence sitting on a 6.52-acre lot. The Malibu house was first listed in 2006, but went on and off the market several times.
Comprising of four bedrooms and four bathrooms, the interiors of the house boast of stone-tile flooring, vaulted wood-beamed ceilings and copper plumbing fixtures.
Living spaces of the home include formal living and dining areas, a modern kitchen with a stone mid-rise island and a breakfast bar and fireplaces in the bedrooms and sitting areas.
Outside, the home is surrounded by greens. It has a koi pond, a barbecue area, ample recreation spaces and several ranch features like a six-stall horse barn, a riding ring and several irrigated pastures too. A saltwater pool and a guest house are also a part of the property.
The listing described the place as "a rare find".
"Located in one of the most sought-after areas in Malibu, this property is a dream-come-true for anyone seeking privacy within close proximity to the ocean," it notes.

Several tabloids reported earlier that Michaels and her partner Heidi Rhodes may have moved into a larger place as their two children have been growing up. The Malibu house does look like a large property where the couple can bring up their kids.
Michaels also owns a $1.1 million, two bed-two bath house in L.A. that she uses as an investment.
