Chris Webber, former NBA athlete, has reportedly given his Malibu home a price chop to relist it at $3.65 million.
The cost slash comes after several months of its listing. Webber put the home on the market in February, this year, asking $3.99 million. He purchased the home for $3.7 million in 2005 and looks like he is headed for a loss on the flip.
The Malibu property is just one of the six homes Webber owns in California.
The residence is a 2,910-square-foot single-family home, comprising of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Sitting on a 0.65-acre lot, interiors of the residence feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows, an open floor plan with hardwood flooring and drywall ceilings.
The home has a large deck looking out at the ocean, a sleek swimming pool and open greens.
"Located behind gates, in the close-in area known as Big Rock, this stunning Architectural Ocean View home offers you a welcoming feeling of privacy, luxury and relaxation," the listing description reads.

In a previous phone interview with the Detroit News, Webber confessed his love for water-front homes.
"I lived most of that time in apartments. But I always dreamed of building a house on the water in Detroit - I'm a Pisces, after all," Webber said.
In 2009, he came pretty close to purchasing a Wallace Frost mansion located in Grosse Pointe Park, Detroit, with ample views of a nearby lake. However, he sold it in January 2009 for $3.5 million, according to the publication.
Webber has been a five-time NBA All-Star and has played for six teams throughout his career. He was part of the "Fab Five", the class of the finest Detroit players ever recruited. However, his involvement in the "Ed Martin Scandal" stripped him of all his titles and he now works as an analyst at NBA TV. He is also working on a book.
