Jeffery Donovan, the "Burn Notice" actor, has reportedly sold his condo at the Capri South Beach apartments in Miami, Fla., for $2.55 million.
Agents that assisted both Donovan and the buyer in the deal confirmed the sale, according to The Wall Street Journal. Alexandra Rutten of ONE Sotheby's International Realty represented Donovan, while Chris Leavitt of Douglas Elliman Real Estate assisted the buyer in the deal.
Donovan first put the home on the market in December last year for $2.95 million. Failing to find a buyer, the price was reduced to $2.69 million. The "Changeling" actor reportedly bought the residence from the builder in 2010 - two years after the project's completion.
"Burn Notice" was shot in Miami and the series wrapped up after a fierce seven seasons in September, last year. Also, agent Rutten told The Journal that Donovan and his family moved to the West, which was why the "Hitch" actor listed.
The condo apartment is apparently the first unit of the Ana Capri Building, one of the three structures at Capri South Beach development, to be offered for re-sale. It is also the most private of all the buildings.
The condo spans an area of 1,974 square feet and has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
A private elevator opens into the house that boasts of light hardwood flooring, high drywall ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows and slider doors.
The home has a living room, dining area and kitchen set in an open floor plan. There is a study and a balcony that provides for panoramic ocean views. The residence comes with two parking spaces in the building.
Building amenities include a pool, spa, access to docks, 24/7 valet and security service and gym facilities as well.
Donovan is now preparing to appear in a post-apocalyptic horror movie "Welcome to Harmony."
