Vintage and luxurious Texan farmhouses were recently listed for sale; eight lavish and modern farm homes that were revamped with modern appliances and some stylish decor.

Second is the farmhouse in 2401 McCann Road, Longview, Texas built in 1936. The entire house is worth $1.95 million with four bedrooms and four full and two-and-a-half bathrooms. It is measured around 22.71 acres which makes the entire farm house spacious enough.
Third on the list is the property located in 16115 Northern State Highway 95, Flatonia, Texas, which is less expensive compared to the previous two with $1.1 million. The farmhouse was built in 1985 with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The entire lot is really spacious with 114.16 acres so the potential buyers could really make a nice and huge garden from it.
Fourth property is one of the oldest properties listed which is the house in 2628 Bottlesrpings Road, Bandera, Texas. The house was built in 1904 and worth $895,000. It has three bedrooms and three full and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Like the rest of the properties, it has 33.9 acres of the lot area.
The fifth property is the oldest which was built as early as 1900s. It is located in 6865 FM 954, Round Top, Texas, worth $1,099,000 with three bedrooms and two full and one-half bathrooms. It has a lot size of 12.82 acres.
Sixth property listed was also built in 1900s which is located in 1171 Dockal Road, New Ulm, Texas. The property is worth $760,000 with three bedrooms and two full and one-half bathrooms. The lot size is 30 acres.
Seventh Texan vintage Texan farmhouse on the list is located in 105 Spring Creek Road, Boerne, Texas worth $1.7 million. This was built in 1920. The entire lot space is 42.08 acres which covers the house with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms.
Last vintage Texan farmhouse featured is the one located in 11501 Wildlife Circle, Carmine, Texas which was also built in 1920. The property is worth $1,099,000 with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The property has a huge lot size with 50+ acres.
