Did Kim Kardashian Check Out a $50 Million Penthouse in New York City?

Oh no! she didn't!

Kim Kardashian, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star, reportedly checked out a $50 million penthouse perched atop the new condo building at 66 E. 11th St, New York City.

The New York Post apparently spotted the mother-of-one taking a tour of one of the penthouses on the building, where Leonardo DiCaprio recently invested in. DiCaprio has also joined the board of authorities of the building.

Currently, there are two penthouses listed for $50 million each on the building. Both are approximately of the same size and have the same number of bedrooms. The Post didn't reveal which penthouse she checked out, but the building is a first-of-its-kind.

The Delos building is touting itself as the first WELL-certified building. The WELL standard is "the world's first building standard focused exclusively on enhancing people's health and well-being in direct, tangible ways," according to the Delos official website.

Exclusive features in the building include more than fifty built-in wellness amenities like purified air and water, vitamin C-infused showers, posture-supportive flooring, a personal kitchen herbarium and lighting to match one's 'circadian rhythm'.

"The simplest way to understand what this home is capable of doing is to think of it like a 24-hour carwash that works on the human body," Paul D. Scialla, co-founder and the managing partner of Delos, told the New York Times in an earlier interview.

Kim checked out the place before she closed on the Hidden Hills home she just bought for $20 million. Her new house is a French-style manor sitting on a large 3-acre lot. There are two swimming pools, eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, saunas and steam showers as well as a full-fledged vineyard at the rear of the house. More on that property here.

Meanwhile, Kim's sister Kourtney Kardashian invited interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard to her house - the one she purchased from Justin Bieber for $7.2 million. However, since Bullard's quotes were too expensive, she asked sister Kourtney, who happens to be an ace at designing homes, to help her decorate, reports E!Online.
