The wait for the final half of season 3 of "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." is stretched until March 2016. But spoilers of the next installment reveals that Grant Ward will have a new persona, and his 2.0 version could make him either an ally or enemy.
According to Franchise Herald, fans could no longer wait to find out more about former SHIELD agent Grant Ward. The ending of episode 10 of "Agents of SHIELD" season 3 kept its avid viewers in suspense.
If recalled, Episode "Maveth" revealed that Grant Ward "was among those who were transported to the mysterious planet. His body was able to return to earth like Agent Phil Coulson and Fitz. However, the soul and brain inside is not the person SHIELD used to hate."
The final half of "Agents of SHIELD" season 3 will be exciting. The finale promises that it will be a different ballgame, and it will have a whole lot different set of challenges.
Report also states that "the mysterious creature" that dwells inside the body of Grant Ward would be staying in him for quite some time. According to Brett Dalton, this creature has "a purpose to fulfill, something bigger than what is put on the shoulders of inhumans." He also called his new persona as Grant 2.0 version.
Christian Today says that despite Phil Coulson being able to kill Ward, fans should not take it as a sign of relief because horrible thing is yet to come in the "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." final half of Season 3. As anticipated, an Inhuman has dwelt inside the body of Grant. Now that he was transported back to earth, something terrifying is expected to happen.
