"The Walking Dead" Season 6 is still currently in hiatus but will be airing for its midseason premiere two months from now.
On Feb. 14, fans will be treated with the return of the show on its Episode 9, titled "No Way Out" which is a continuation of Episode 8 showing the characters in a dangerous situation as a horde of walkers came to Alexandra.
After the attack of the walkers, fans will expect an action-packed return of "The Walking Dead" Season 6. On Episode 9, the group will attempt to escape by disguising themselves as walkers but Sam will call out for his mother which might risk them of being caught by the walkers.
Meanwhile, Abraham, Sasha and Daryl Dixon will be captivated by the group called Saviours headed by Negan and the three will be facing danger as well. Negan is the new big bad of the show and will be introduced on Episode 9.
Apart from that, it will feature many story plots from Robert Kirkman's "The Walking Dead" comic books. Speculations reveal that The Hilltop community and its leader Gregory will also be introduced in the second half of the season, since this is what the Robert Kirkman's "The Walking Dead" comic books have featured, Yibada reported.
Since people from Hilltop will be introduced, it is also expected that Jesus will be coming to the show too. Jesus once offered Rick to join the Hilltop trade network.
"There are a lot of direct moments from the comic coming up in the second half and panels that we're bringing to life — from very big comic moments to really tiny comic moments," show runner Scott M. Gimple teased.
It is also said that the Season 6 midseason premiere will shock fans with "a death or two" based on the story of Volume 14 of the comic book which has the same title as Episode 9.
"It's quite deadly, sadly. There is some death going on in that but it's also unbelievably intense. It's one of the most intense episodes we've done. I know we say that a lot — I've said that about the premiere episode this year and we had 30,000 walkers. We might not hit those numbers in episode nine but the intensity by the end of that episode is not gut-wrenching — it's gut-swirling and gut-slamming and frappeing," Gimple said in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter.
"The Walking Dead" Season 6 Episode 9 will air on Feb. 14, 2016 on AMC.
