"Battlefield Hardline," the latest installment in the "Battlefield" series from EA, has another explosive DLC coming this January.
According to GameSpot, back in October "Battlefield Hardline" has been made free on Xbox One with EA Access Games. EA Access is a paid subscription on Xbox One that gives access to 14 free games or an entitlement to a 10 percent discount on all EA digital content.
Now EA is giving "Battlefield Hardlines" fans another reason to have a "Battlefield Hardline" premium membership with an early access to the upcoming "fastest, most explosive expansion yet" known as "Battlefield Hardline: Getaway."
EA has revealed on the official "Battlefield" website that the expansion "Getaway" will bring four massive maps namely Pacific Highway, Double Cross, Train Dodge and Diversion. Along with the new map comes a new game mode called "Capture the Bag." The expansion will also introduce four new vehicles, three new weapons for the Mechanic Class, One new gadget and a new melee weapon and four new Legendary Camos.
According to VG 24/7, a "Battlefield Hardline" premium membership gives players access to four DLC packs. "Getaway" is the third of the four DLC packs. Two of which, "Criminal Activity" and "Robbery," have already been released this year. "Getaway" will be out in January 2016 and the last DLC called "Betrayal" will be released at some point after "Getaway."
According to EA, aside from early access to those DLCs, the membership entitles players to 12 Gold Battlepacks and personalization options including gun camos, ammo skins, and more Battlefield Hardline Premium exclusive in-game items. The premium members will also have access to double-XP, in-game missions, and more Battlefield Hardline Premium exclusive events and best of all priority position in server queues.
The DLC requires the full "Battlefield Hardline" game that is now available on PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC.
