While the production team and actor Kevin Spacey has been working hard to keep the spoilers for Season 4 of "House of Cards" under tight wraps, a new report has surfaced suggesting the role that newcomer Neve Campbell will serve in the hit political drama.
In a previous report, the only thing Kevin Spacey said about what's to come on Season 4 of the Netflix show is, "I will simply say this. If there are events that happen on the show, people get what they (expletive) deserve."
So who will get what he or she deserves? Is Doug Stamper the first to get his karma? That is what new reports are suggesting. According to Movie News Guide, there are speculations that Doug Stamper is to be killed. In connection with this, Neve Campbell will become a regular in season 4. Though her exact role has not been revealed, "House of Cards" Producer Beau Willimon reportedly told VC Post that Campbell will spell trouble for both Frank and Claire Underwood. Having said that, Neve Campbell may lively have some involvement with Doug's death.
With Doug dead, things might get pretty rough for Frank. With regards to these rumors, according to LA Times, Michael Kelly who plays Doug Stamper in "House of Cards" said in an interview, "I don't know, man, I don't want him to," he said. "This is the greatest job I've ever had, Doug Stamper is the greatest gift I have ever been given as an actor. I love playing him, I love going to work every day, here we are in season 4 and I love going to work just as much as I did first day of season 1 and that says a lot."
The highly anticipated Netflix "House of Cards" Season 4 is expected to return in February or March next year.
