Cheryl Hines, the "Curb Your Enthusiasm" actress who recently wed Robert F. Kennedy Jr., has reportedly found a buyer for her Bel Air, Calif., home just about 10 days from listing it.
Hines listed the residence for $2.99 million July 17. Property records show the home started accepting several backup offers July 28 and got a "sale pending" sign by August 11.
Hines purchased the house for $2.35 million in 2010. If she manages to close for her asking, she will pocket a minute profit in the deal.
According to the records, the residence is a 3,756-square-foot single-family house, comprising of five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Interiors of the home feature hardwood flooring, high wood-beamed ceilings and large glass windows and French doors.
Living spaces include a formal drawing room, a dining area, a great room and a study or office. The master bedroom has a huge luxury bathroom and a walk-in closet. The home also has a gourmet kitchen with a granite-top breakfast bar.
Outside, the home has a brick patio in the front and a large backyard that has a pool and gardens with ample sitting area.
The listing described the place as a "stunner in Upper Bel Air".

Hines has now moved in with her new groom. She tied the knot with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. August 2, amid 300 guests at the Kennedy family home in Cape Cod, Mass.
Hines was introduced to Kennedy by her co-star Larry David, who also recently sold off his Pacific Palisades home.
Funnyman David first listed the place in March 2013 for $14.9 million. Failing to sell over the months, the residence was given a pricechopper and the cost was reduced to $12.99 million in September that year. Although the home sold below the asking price, he managed to make a neat profit off the sale.
