A Look Inside Justin Bieber’s New Hollywood Hills Party Pad (PHOTOS)

Justin Bieber, the "As Long as You Love Me" hitmaker, has reportedly decamped to a glass palace in Hollywood Hills, from the penthouse he was leasing in Beverly Hills.

The Trulia Blog confirms that the troublesome crooner is now renting a plush pad in the Hills and shelling out $29,500 a month for the residence.

Now this is the same residence which served as a home to contestants of reality shows like "American Idol" and "X Factor" and now the Biebs gets to call it home, at least temporarily. The home was put up for sale last year with a price tag of $8.9 million. At that time, it was also being offered for rent at $39,000 a month.

The listing does note that it is available for short term lease. The rental price is still $39,000 a month for a year-long lease and the fact that Bieber is shelling out a lot lesser may mean that the "Baby" crooner is staying for a short while.

While the pricing and the duration of stay remains unclear, what we do know is the house is a stunner.

Listing records of the residence state the house is a large 16,000-square-foot, single-family home. Comprised of ten bedrooms and 18 bathrooms, the residence is being offered fully furnished.

Interiors of the home feature dark hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling glass windows with slider doors.

The house has an 80-foot-long disco with bar, light and sound systems. It also has a fully equipped gym, a game area with snooker tables and a ping-pong enclave and three more bars. There's a movie theater and two master suites with their own walk-in-closets each.

Outside, the house has an 80-foot-long pool and a Hollywood sign that runs the length of the pool. Several outdoor decks and balconies open out from the three-story building that provides beautiful views of the hills and the city around.

In fact, Bieber is already enjoying his time at the residence. He recently posted snaps of the "guys night in" he recently hosted at the place.

Candy Spelling must be happy! Earlier this month it was reported that Bieber was planning to move to the posh "The Century" building where Candy Spelling, who once owned "The Manor" - the largest private residence of Los Angeles, is putting up. The Manor is being marketed as a pocket listing currently.

Before moving to the Hollywood Hills house, Bieber was renting two units in Beverly Hills paying a combined $27,000 for the space. One was a penthouse unit and the other was a condo right below it for his staff. He was causing quite the ruckus there with his loud parties and smoking up (as usual) and had to move out after residents started complaining.
