Yolanda Foster Divorce: Music Producer David Foster Demands Payment For Medical Bills He Spent For ‘RHOBH’ Star

Just weeks after Yolanda and David Foster's divorce announcement, things are getting more complicated for the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star and her ex-husband. Things are heating up as the music producer is reportedly now demanding payment for the medical bills he shouldered for Yolanda's Lyme disease treatment overseas.

David, 65, allegedly spent a huge amount of dollars for Yolanda's treatment as some of her procedures were not covered by her medical insurance. He supported her treatment by flying her across the world for alternative medications. However, as his record label is about to close, the Canadian musician reportedly wants his money back. As with Yolanda's divorce, their lawyers are still negotiating for a settlement, Radar Online reports.

Before their divorce was announced, David reportedly asked the reality star to stop seeking medical treatments abroad since he feels it's not making any changes to her health status. "She absolutely refused, and David was stuck paying the bills. Now with David's record label shutting down, he needs that money," a source close to the couple said.

As Yolanda's divorce with David is getting awful, reports have it that her first husband and father of her three kids, Mohamed Hadid, has been supportive of her. The luxury developer is reportedly paying all her medical expenses, and without him, she will be in a huge financial trouble. The 51-year-old former model apparently urged her lawyer not to entertain talks on the medical bills settlement.

On Sunday, the mother of Bella and Gigi Hadid shared to Instagram her feelings as she goes through her divorce. "Note to self," the interior designer and television personality wrote in the caption of an image of an inspirational quote: "Sometimes your heart needs more time to accept what your mind already knows."

The Dutch-born star was diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2012 which, according to her, strained her relationship with her husband, Us Weekly reports. In an interview with Andy Cohen on "Watch What Happens Live" on Tuesday, Dec. 8, she claimed that the chronic long-term illness is challenging both for the sick person and for the caregiver. She went on to say that her illness changed the dynamics in their relationship.

Despite Yolanda's divorce with David, she assured everyone that she will try to be in better spirits.
