Topher Grace, best known for playing "Eric Forman" on "That 70's Show" and "Eddie Brock/Venom" on "Spider-Man 3", has reportedly listed his home in Hollywood Hills for $1.89 million.
The Trulia Blog broke the news of the listing noting that Neal Baddin of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is the listing agent.
Public records show that the house last sold in 2006 for $1.5 million. The house is a 1,779-square-foot single-family residence, comprising of two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Interiors of the home feature hardwood and stone-tiled flooring, French windows and doors along with high drywall ceilings.
Surrounded by lush greens, the entrance of the home opens through a covered porch into a formal living room that has a stone fireplace. There is a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and custom cabinetry.
A reading nook, a study, a walk-in closet in the master bedroom that also allows access to the backyard pool are other features of the small property.
There is a covered two-car parking garage as well.
The listing describes the place as "the ultimate Hollywood Hills dream home" and a "perfect celebrity hideout". The listing also notes that it is a "picturesque pied-a-Terre".
"What it lacks in square footage and space, it makes up for in location, location, location!" the Trulia Blog writes.
Grace is not the only "That 70s Show" star to be dabbling in some real estate. Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have also been firing up the headlines with their property activities.
While Grace is shedding his real-life home, he will soon appear on a horror-thriller flick "Home" - where he inherits a mansion from his parents and when he comes to live in it, he starts believing its haunted after a few disturbing occurrences in the mansion.
Leonardo DiCaprio, Jason Blum and Graham King are producing the movie, while Universal Studios is distributing it, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
