Bruce Willis, the "Die Hard" actor, has reportedly found a buyer for his Beverly Hills mansion after several price chops and more than a year on the market.
Willis was having some hard luck selling his mansion in the prestigious 90210 zip code area after he first listed it for $22 million in May last year. Willis first discounted the price tag to $19.99 million just three months from putting it on the market and it was last re-listed for $18 million in March this year.
Willis purchased the home in 2004 for $9 million from producer Alan Ladd Jr.
The listing records state that the home is a 10,379-square-foot residence sitting on a 0.91-acre lot. The home comprises of 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, all done up extravagantly.
Living spaces include a drawing room, a family room, a den and a dining area. The two-storey home also has an office, a modern kitchen with a center island and custom cabinetry and a media room too.
Outside, the home has ample seating areas, a covered porch, open patios, an infinity pool, a tennis court, a cabana and a gated parking garage. The home also has a separate guest house/staff quarters.
Branden Williams of Hilton and Hyland handled the transaction.
"One of a kind Hacienda in the heart of Beverly Hills. Walled and gated, this tennis court estate has old world charm with all the modern conveniences one could desire," the listing read.
