Casper Smart, the celebrity choreographer who is also Jennifer Lopez's on-and-off boyfriend, has reportedly purchased a home in Woodland Hills, Calif., for $760,000.
TMZ broke news of the sale noting that the price of Smart's new bachelor pad has been paid entirely by him. Not one single J-Lo penny contributed to the price. Apparently, Smart had been making money renting out his condo and saving up for this purchase.
Smart's new bachelor pad is a 2,039-square-foot single-family home, comprising of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Interiors of the ranch-style house features mixed flooring including hardwood and stone tile. It also boasts of drywall ceilings and large glass doors and windows.
David Elan of Rodeo Realty represented Smart in the deal, while James Helgager of Coldwell Banker represented the seller.
The interiors need a little redoing, but the home is indeed a good catch. There are several open spaces outside and a pool area as well.

News of the home purchase comes just days after Lopez and Smart were seen driving around Los Angeles in a car. As soon as the paparazzi spotted J.Lo, they started snapping pictures and she ducked for cover. This spurred speculation that the two might be re-kindling their relationship.
"Casper is aware of his mistakes and is doing everything to make it up to J.Lo," an exclusive source told HollywoodLife.com. "He is being the same guy he's always been to her, which she is happy with. The way things are working out is currently so far so good."
"She never was really over him, she was just very mad at him. Her kids [twins Emme and Max, 6] still love him and talk about him all the time and she doesn't want to start anything new with anyone, she wants things to be familiar and what they once were. They are working out their differences to hopefully rekindle their romance, or to at least work together again," the source added.
