Jason Biggs, the "Orange is the New Black" star, has reportedly listed his house in Hollywood Hills for $2.99 million.
The Los Angeles Times broke news of the sale noting that Peter Maurice of Rodeo Realty is marketing the home.
Public records show that Biggs purchased the house in 2007 for $2.25 million. The residence is a 2,756-square-foot, single-family house comprised of three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Interiors of the home feature hardwood flooring, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows with slider doors.
Living spaces include a formal drawing room, a dining area, a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and a balcony sitting right adjacent to the kitchen.
There is a study, a screening room, a gym and a sitting room too. There is a luxury en-suite bath in the master bedroom.
Outside, the home has ample lounging areas and a pool too. The house provides for a two-car, covered parking garage.
The listing describes the place as:
"Outstanding example of Mid-Century Architecture, in a prime Sunset Strip location. Swank, poolside living with city-to-ocean views from this walled & gated residence. A semi-private drive leads to this 2,756 s. f. home, with all the rooms in the right places."
An open house is scheduled for the residence for Sunday August 24. You can take a look at the photos of the home here.
Biggs' listing comes just months six months after he welcomed Sid, their baby boy with wife Jenny Mollen and the "American pie" actor is a hands-on daddy. Apparently, Mollen thinks Sid has two mommies!
"Jenny said that, and it makes me proud," Biggs told People magazine, according to the Belfast Telegraph.
"Honestly, if I could I would breastfeed," he joked.
"He is the most fun thing that's ever happened to me. But he really isn't sleeping and that is not fun," he however added.
