The Miami Beach home of Jeremy Shockey, two-time super bowl champ who helped the New Orleans Saints and the New York Giants claim the Lombardi Trophy, is listed on the market for $3 million.
According to the Realtor report, the penthouse of the 35-year-old champ sits atop the 35-story Waverly condominium complex, which is beautifully located at the western edge of Miami Beach. The 2,582-square-foot pad has great features of three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and amazing views of downtown Miami.
When Shockey was with the University of Miami, he was named All-American player and won a national championship in 2001 with the Hurricanes. He was also named Rookie of the Year in his first season in New York City in 2002.
After leaving New Orleans and joining with the Saints' win in the Super Bowl XLIV, he ended up in Carolina for a single season and quit after the 2011 season.
Shockey is also making a living with the real estate, as the penthouse that he bought for $1.45 million in 2005, stands to double his investment if somebody can snag the asking price.
