In 2011, Flea (Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Michael Balzary) sold his house to "King Kong" actor Jack Black for $5.96 million. Black currently lives in the house with his family. He has his contemporary Hollywood Hills home up for sale at $2.89 million.

The "Red Hot Chili Peppers" completed 30 years earlier this month (Aug 10) and still, they remain one of the most popular bands of all times. They played with Bruno Mars at this year's Super Bowl.
