Behati Prinsloo, the famous Victoria's Secret model who recently wed "Maroon 5" frontman Adam Levine, just sold her New York City bachelorette pad for $1.67 million.
Property records show that the home sold to Noot Seear, a Canadian model, who clearly snagged a 12 percent discount on the asking price.
Prinsloo listed the home for $2.1 million in February this year. She had purchased the house for $1.48 million in 2008.
Records at Streeteasy show that the duplex residence spans an area of 1,443 square feet and comprises of two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms.
Floor plans show that there is a recreation room, a storage area and a bathroom on the lower level. The living spaces are all on the upper floor. A flight of stairs open into a large living room with an open concept kitchen. The bedroom has a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom.
The best feature of the residence is perhaps the 822-square-foot landscaped backyard.
Interiors of the home show hardwood flooring, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and high drywall ceilings. Check out some photos of the home here.
News of the sale comes as Prinsloo and Levine are all set to move into their new marital home. Citing insider sources, the New York Daily News reported that the newly married couple has finally found their dream home in Manhattan after months of scouring the city for a new family house.
