Rihanna, the "Diamonds" songstress, was reportedly spotted checking out a huge $18 million condo in New York City.
The New York Post is reporting that Ri-Ri drove into the garage of One York Street, an upscale residential condo in the Tribeca neighborhood of the city, along with five other people including her personal assistant.
Rihanna reportedly checked out the tenth floor of the condo, which is currently three separate units. The residences need renovating.
The listing of the floor lies with James C. Cox Jr., Leonard Steinberg and Frank Giordano of Urban Compass.
Spanning an area of 5,350 square feet, the floor currently has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.
Listing photos show a contemporary floor plan floor-to-ceiling windows and slider doors and drywall ceilings.
"Currently 3 units, The 10th floor at One York Street provides an incredible opportunity to custom design your own floor-through luxury residence in one of TriBeca's most exclusive buildings. Whatever your desire for the layout and design, you will bring that vision to life - with the elevator opening directly into a space that will suit your taste, and awe you every day," the listing reads.
Though the home has dapper features, the Post is reporting Rihanna wants something more "turnkey."
