Adrian Bellani, the light-eyed "Moneyball" actor, has reportedly managed to sell the Hollywood Hills West house he bought from famous talk-show host and frequent property flipper Ellen DeGeneres for $2.1 million.
Property records show that Bellani purchased the home from DeGeneres in 2007 for $1.99 million. After two years, he put the home on the market and took it off in 2010. He listed it again in January, this year, for $2.19 million and pricechopped it to $2.14 million in March before he finally managed to unload it for a reduced price.
Either ways, Bellani managed to sell it for a slight profit. The home is a 2,267-square-foot single-family house, comprising of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Interiors of the home feature hardwood flooring, high drywall ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors.
Encompassed in a spacious floor plan is a formal living room, a dining area and a modern kitchen.
The home has a large office and the master suite has a luxe en-suite bathroom. There is a balcony opening out from the master suite.
The house also provides for a direct access laundry and garage.
The listing described the home as a "stunning" residence "surrounded by multi-million dollar celebrity estates."
"This turn-key property offers serenity and privacy just moments from the Sunset Strip," it adds.
John Galich of Rodeo Realty Inc. represented Bellani in the deal.
Meanwhile, Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia de Rossi sold the famed "Brody House" to Napster co-founder Sean Parker for $55 million. The couple now lives in a luxury residence in Beverly Hills.
