Guess who has a new $14 million crib in the scenic mountains of Telluride, Colorado? It's none other than Oprah Winfrey who is expanding her amazing empire by purchasing an 8,700 square-foot mountain home, an article from Business Insider revealed.

According to Zillow, the talk show host paid $14 million for the entire property which was previously owned by tech executive and On Point Developments founder Bob Wall.

This fantastic property has a large home with five bedrooms. It sits on a 3.25 acres property in Mountain Village area in Telluride. It is not an ordinary mountain resort home though; it is equipped with the latest smart features that will surely make Oprah smile.

She can water indoor plants using an app on her iPad and control almost everything such as the climate, security, heating and cooling and lighting using a mobile device.

The house itself is made of stone with large windows that flood the interiors with sunlight in the morning. Large windows also allow instant access to a large courtyard with all kinds of plants, flowers and trees and a manicured yard. It was reported that the previous owner spent around five years designing and renovating the property starting in 2001.

The home also houses Wall's large collection of African Art. The art pieces are scattered all over the house and it can be seen in the large modern kitchen, inside a huge guestroom and even on the walls of the entertainment room.

A surprise wine cellar is one of the highlights of this home. It is 56-foot long and upon first glance it may look like a mining shaft. They say that this huge room can accommodate as much as 1,600 wine bottles. Other features include a large entertainment area, a gigantic hot tub, a room with workout equipment, a sauna, a pool table, large projection screen and bedroom access to the elevated walkway.

An interesting feature of this mountain crib is that it has a 35-foot-high walkway that allows you to move in between the trees. This walkway made of wood and steel alone costs $140,000 to construct.

All in all, this is a fantastic home that only the Queen of Talk deserves!
