Dwayne Wade, the Miami Heat guard, tied the knot for the second time with his actress fiancée Gabrielle Union in a moated castle - Chateau Artisan - in Miami, Fla., Saturday.
The wedding was an extravagant $5 million affair and the couple said their vows in front of 200 people comprised of family and close friends that included LeBron James.
The location of the couple's wedding was as scintillating as their wedding itself. Chateau Artisan is just a dream location that looks like it has been taken straight out of a fairytale.
According to Forbes, the Chateau was built by Charles Sieger, a partner of the architecture firm Sieger Suarez.
"He (Sieger) dug out a giant circular moat (a time-tested invasion deterrent) to surround the $10.9 million home, built one road leading in and out of the home, put up a heavy metal gate, and installed regular and infrared cameras along the road and around the house," Forbes reports.
"In particular, I bought the property because it was on the side of a canal, which also provides protection" Sieger was quoted by the publication.
The Chateau is a three-storey castle that spans an area of 19,222 square feet. The property sits on 13.74 large acres and has several luxury amenities.
The main residence has eight bedrooms and five full and five half bathrooms. The home has a gigantic modern kitchen, a built in BBQ, a gazebo, a full-house generator and much more.
Outside, the home is nothing less than a resort. There is a boat house, a pond and the castle is surrounded by manicured royal gardens.

Wade and Gabrielle apparently arrived via helicopter at their wedding venue, while the guests were picked up in private buses. After the guests arrived, the bride and groom came in their royal air-borne ride. The wedding was officiated by Union's best friend Essence Atkins, according to Local10.com.
The wedding apparently had an "Old Florida juke joint" theme and the guests had to follow a dress code - men in black and women in white.
The first photos of the wedding are out. Head over to HollywoodLife.com to see the pictures.
