Upcoming flagships of popular brands usually arrive in concept renders even months before these phones become official. Sometimes these renders come from weird and unlikely concepts that no one would deem plausible. But more often than not, we see renders that are both appealing and near reality, meaning, they do not have features that involve an emergency parachute or other things that involve unrealistic technological evolution.
One of the most plausible "iPhone 7" renders we have seen is the product of the collaboration between Ivo Marić and Tomislav Rastovac which surfaced last July. The creation comes from the combined physical features of the "iPhone 4S" and the "iPhone 6". The boxy 4S and the circular 6S actually results to a pretty good "iPhone 7" model. If you like the 4S' simple rectangle look, it actually looks more evolved with the 6S' curcular edges. The conceptual renders are presented in a brief but detailed Youtube video.
As good as the 4S/6S combination is, 'good' doesn't always mean interesting, which may be why CURVED Labs went for something a bit less boring. They came up with an "iPhone 7" that has a sliding qwerty keyboard that kinda looks like a Blackberry inspired product. This may be a bit unlikely for Apple to create, but hey, the video presentation of this cool "iPhone 7" is so expertly created that the phone can actually be a possible idea.
Then there's Jermaine Smit's idea of the "iPhone 7", which actually looks really good and probably one of the most possible idea of an iPhone 7's physicality. In a simple description, this "iPhone 7" idea looks like a 4S that has been flattened and widened. It's slim and stunning, with a 4.7 inch Super AMOLED screen and a sophisticated black shade case. This idea of an Apple flagship was shown in a short and simple video that presents how the "iPhone 7" would look like if Apple makes it extra thin.
But if you're looking for an "iPhone 5S" and "iPhone 6" mix, with a little touch of HTC Android's look, Glaxon Paul's concept of the "iPhone 7" may also be one of the best renders than surfaced on the web. In the video, an "iPhone 7" and an "iPhone 7 Plus" are shown side by side showing the big size difference of the two "iPhone 7" variants.
