Kimberly Elise, the "Set It Off" and "Beloved" actress, has reportedly listed a home in Hollywood Hills for $1.59 million.
The Los Angeles Times broke news of the listing noting that Luis Pezzini of Sunset Strip Realty is representing the house.
Property records show that Elise purchased the home in July 2006 for $1.4 million. Since then, the home was taken on and off the market quite a few times. It last listed in June this year, but was taken off in August.
The residence is a 3,571-square-foot single-family home, comprising of five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Boasting of modern interiors, the home features hardwood and bamboo flooring, high beamed and sloping drywall ceilings along with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and slider doors.
The two-storey residence has open living spaces that include a drawing room, a modern kitchen with Viking appliances, granite counter tops and a mid-rise island. The upper floors consist of the guest and master bedrooms, some of which open into the large deck. A den and a media room are also part of the property.
The home also provides for a two-car parking garage.
The listing describes the place as a "spectacular" home "nestled in the desirable Lake Hollywood Knolls" and a "beautiful property" that "features a stunning, stone step entryway with dramatic, high ceilings, plenty of natural light from large windows and skylights, and bamboo floors throughout the main level."
An Open House is scheduled for the home Sunday, September 07. Check out more photos of the home here.
Elise shot to fame with her role in "The Ditchdigger's Daughters" and went on to star in several other movies like "Diary of a Mad Black Woman" and "John Q".
She also guest appeared on TV series "Girlfriends" and has been a regular part of VH1's "Hit The Floor."
Sometime in February this year, it was revealed that Elise married "Hit The Floor" producer James LaRosa. Elise is a vegan and recently did a photoshoot for PETA.
