After a Year, NFL Legend Terry Bradshaw Sells Hawaii Home for $2.7 Million

You've probably watched for over two decades the former quarterback Terry Bradshaw co-host "Fox NFL Sunday." If you have $2.7 million lying around in the bank, you can live in the home of the Super Bowl champ in Kamuela, a tropical island in Hawaii.

On a publishing from Realtor.com, the property was bought only for $1.85 million a year ago by the Steelers legend. It seems that the broadcaster is making good in the real estate business.

Whether or not the NFL legend is successful in selling his Hawaii home, the ocean views from his house can be considered by any interested buyer as priceless. Listing agent Michele Paape says, "They're wow views - mountains, Pacific Ocean, Maui - what more could you ask for?"

If you could ask for the most luxurious tropical getaway on earth -- this is probably it. The home is beautifully nestled in a secluded place that is set in an area of 11 acres with a lush green landscape. The open floor plan of the house flows to the stunning lap pool.

The 4,500-square-foot home with four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms features a separate 900-square-foot guesthouse with its own lanai and great views, perfect for vacationing relatives and friends.

The property has a 1,900-foot elevation, which makes the home a good place to relax away from the scorching heat at bay during the day and night, reports Metro Detroit's Best Home Loans.

NFL Hall of Famer Terry Bradshaw is selling his 12-acre estate in Kamuela in the tropical island of Hawaii, for those looking to own a Hawaii property.

Bradshaw was inducted in 1989 into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. He also quarterbacked for the Pittsburgh Steelers, leading them to four Super Bowl titles. After quitting the game in 1994, he became an analyst for Fox NFL Sunday.

Michele Paape of MacArthur Sotheby's International Realty is the listing agent of the property.
