Skater Boy, Pierre-André Senizergues is Selling Malibu Estate for $20 Million

Pierre-André Senizergues, the skater boy who popularized action sports apparel and footwear brand Etnies, is selling his oceanfront Malibu estate at a whopping price of $20 million.

The former freestyle skateboarder has previously listed his gated property for lease and for sale. Rental asking prices for the estate rose from $28,500 to $40,000 per month. Meanwhile, the estate was up for sale from 2012 through 2013 with a price tag of $14.99 million.

Either way, the skateboarder is going to make a clean profit because he bought the property for only $10.35 million 2004.

According to NY Post, the estate which spans just over an acre and includes three Spanish-style structures, contain a total of seven bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms. The living and dining rooms of the four-bedroom main house has a fireplace and beamed ceilings with a great view of the Pacific Ocean.

Other buildings in the estate include two-story pool house that has one bedroom and two bathrooms. The three-car garage has two sleeping dens for guests or staff. The first one has a bedroom, one bathroom and a small kitchen, and the other is a studio-type room.

The outside features a heated pool with beautiful landscape on the side plus a deck overlooking the ocean.

A Malibu estate owned by French born professional skateboarder turned apparel tycoon Pierre-André Senizergues has been listed on the market for $20 million. Property records show that Mr. Senizergues, who owns Etnies brand, has not only listed his gated property for sale but also for lease, as reported by Variety.

The single-story main house has adjoining living and dining rooms with vaulted, and sky light pierced ceilings, banks of French doors, brick-shaped terra-cotta tile floors, and palm tree-ringed expanse of lush green that spans out to the bluff's edge.

The walk way of the estate features gravel and stepping stone paths that link the various structures that dot the beautifully landscaped grounds.
