Deion Sanders, the retired NFL cornerback, has reportedly sold his massive Dallas estate, according to a few news sources.
Candy Evans of Candy's Dirt broke news of the sale noting that the property sold to Bloomfield Homes Inc., a residential development company. Though the price wasn't revealed, this must have been a multi-million-dollar deal.
Deion listed the home for $21 million in 2009 but took it off the market in 2011. So the deal was completely off market.
The estate is a 109-acre property that has a 29,122-square-foot single-family house. The developers reportedly plan on building three phases of residential property on 82-acres of the property and plan on selling or auctioning off the huge mansion.
The mansion reportedly has 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
Deion shared this house with his ex-wife Pilar Sanders.
"They [Sanders and his wife] wanted to have a grand house in a beautiful setting in which to raise their children," Marilyn Hoffman of Hoffman International Properties told The Wall Street Journal in a previous interview.
The house was also part of their nasty divorce battle, where Pilar claimed that the bigger the house Deion lives in, the more money he will have to shell out.
The home is stuffed with luxury amenities including a banquet hall, indoor basketball court, a bowling alley, indoor pools, movie theater, Hall of Fame gallery and much more. It also had a football field of its own, a tennis court and also a detached guest house and a 10-car garage. There is an 8-acre lake too.

Deion also had his Dallas penthouse on the market for $4.8 million last year but that is off market as of now. The penthouse spans an area of 5,081 square feet and has three bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms spread across two stories.
Sanders' last played as a member of the Baltimore Ravens in 2005. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2011. Sanders works as a commentator for the NFL network, but he had previously claimed he lost out on additional endorsements due to negative publicity the divorce garnered, Hollywood Celebrities reported.
Sanders will now be appearing on the NBC adventure show "Running Wild With Bear Grylls" as well.
"I'm doing this because my kids challenged me," Sanders said on the show. "They looked at me like Daddy was soft."
"The most I've ever had to rough it in the great outdoors is - championship game, going against Jerry Rice in the great outdoors at Candlestick Park," he joked.
