Floyd Mayweather Jr. has reduced the price of his Miami Beach condo from $2.6 million to $2.3 million.
The property that resembles an art museum comprises of four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The interiors consist of marble tiles, contemporary finishes, hardwood cabinetry, modern stainless steel appliances and thermador wall ovens, Realtor reports.
One of the striking features of the residence is the 360 degrees of turquoise blue awesomeness, meaning, never-ending views of the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay.
The American boxer is currently undefeated as a professional and is a five-division world champion with ten world titles and the lineal championship in four different weight classes. According to Forbes, Floyd was the highest paid athlete in the world last year, with earnings of $105 million.
Although he is the undisputed king of the ring, Floyd is embroiled in a civil lawsuit filed by his former fiancé, Shantel Jackson, over privacy and emotional well-being allegations.
Jackson claimed that during their relationship of seven years, the superstar boxer publicly disgraced her by posting a sonogram of her pregnancy on social media saying they separated because she aborted twins. Floyd also threatened to post naked photos of her online if she didn't remove a photograph taken with rapper Nelly at a basketball game in April, Huffington Post reports.
In another incident the undefeated boxer twisted her arm and choked her during an argument in August 2012 and then pointed a gun at her in April 2013.
"I have been embarrassed and humiliated more than I can ever imagine by Floyd," Jackson, 29, said, NY Daily News reports.
"Ms. Jackson was terrified for her safety, and humiliated by Mayweather's conduct," lawyer Gloria Allred said.
The lawsuit filed Thursday in Superior Court in Los Angeles comes nine days before Floyd is set to return to the ring Sept. 13 in Las Vegas in a rematch against Marcos Maidana.
This is not the first time Floyd is facing abuse allegations. In 2012, the boxer served two months in jail after pleading guilty to reduced domestic battery charges. He was accused of hair-pulling, arm-twisting his former girlfriend, Josie Harris, in the presence of his two children.
