Ivana Trump, former wife of real estate mogul Donald Trump, has reportedly sold the Palm Beach, Fla., mansion for $16.6 million.
Ivana first listed the place for $18.9 million in February, this year. Public records show that it got de-listed soon and then closed transaction July 14 for $2.3 million lesser than her asking price.
But Ivana made a huge $12.2 million profit off the sale. She purchased the property for a mere $4.4 million just after she divorced "The Donald" in 1992.
The home is located just four blocks away from Mar-a-Lago, the former home of the Trump family, which sold for $100 million in 2008.
Ivana's post-split residence spans an area of 14,400 square feet and is comprised of nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms.
Built in 1926, the mansion sports Moroccan architecture and interiors feature wood and tile flooring, stencilled beam ceilings, meticulously-done fireplaces and a general jewel shade color scheme to match the tropic surroundings of the house.
A marble-top mid-rise island adorns the gourmet kitchen, which is equipped with sophisticated appliances. The master bedroom also features the ambience of a presidential "Trump Tower" suite.
Outside, there is a covered patio that extends into a dining room. There is a plunge pool and ample greens surrounding the property. In addition, the home also has an underground tunnel that connects the mansion to a private beach.
