January Jones, the "Mad Men" actress, has reportedly sold her home in Los Feliz, Los Angeles for $1.37 million.
Jones purchased her Los Feliz home in 2009 for $1.02 million. Property records show that the house went on and off the market several times this year after first listing in May and last asked $1.39 million in July. By August 4, the house went under contract and it finally closed transaction by the end of the month.
Property records show that the house is a 2,200-square-foot single -family place that has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Interiors of the house feature hardwood flooring, glass windows and doors and drywall ceilings.
The two-storey residence has a large living area with a stone mantle and fireplace. There is an eat-in kitchen with marble counter-tops.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has separate "Jack and Jill" bathrooms. The bedroom has a balcony that offers views of the observatory nearby.
The home also has a private patio and provides for ample recreation areas. A detached two-car garage is also available on the property.
Adam Sires of Nourmand & Associates represented Jones in the deal, while Ronda Doyal of John Aaroe Group assisted the buyers.
The listing described the place as a "classic gated Mediterranean villa in one of Los Feliz's most sought after neighborhoods."
Just after Jones listed her house, she purchased a new place Los Angeles. According to Daily Mail, Jones was looking at a roomy, white mansion with a terraced lawn and rocky walk-way before she bought the place. Last year, Jones was home hunting in the Beverly Hills area and checked out an $11.8 million pad.
The actress reportedly settled for a 3,279-square-foot single-family home located in a cul-de-sac, private neighborhood. The house has four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
