Nicki Minaj's Boyfriend Could Face Prison Time for Violating His Parole

"Anaconda" rapper Nicki Minaj is all stressed out about her boyfriend Mick Mill's potential jail time next year.

A Philadelphia judge threatened to jail Mick Mill for violating his parole which restricts him to travel outside Philadelphia. Judge Genece Brinkley ruled that, aside from rendering community service, Mill is prohibited from working or appearing on any performances before his scheduled sentencing and hearing this Feb. 5, 2016.

Superstar rapper Nicki Minaj testified for her boyfriend and emphasized that they were discussing marriage seriously in the past weeks and that they have been happily living together.

"[The parole officer's] not going to be the one sleeping alone if he goes to jail. I am," Minaj says to the judge in a plea to influence the ruling positively. "He's not perfect, but I can't believe how much he's changed."

Last Thursday, Dec. 17, Judge Brinkley said in court that the rapper has submitted a questionable urine sample.

It seems that Judge Brinkley and Mill have had several encounters before. After being arrested for drug and gun charges, Mill was sent to prison in 2008 for 18 months and was placed under probation for five years after that.

While under probation, Mill booked out of town concerts without the parole officer's permission and neglecting to even leave a working contact detail to the officer in 2014. After this incident, Mill was sentenced 6 months of jail time.

Mill showed remorse and apologized several times in court but it seems that Judge Brinkley has developed bad blood with Mill. "I haven't been convinced otherwise," says the judge.

Judge Brinkley required Mill to take etiquette, anger management and parenting classes in addition to his extended probation.

This has been Minaj's second dilemma related to court this month. Minaj's elder brother, Jelani Maraj was arrested because of child abuse charges.
