Mila Kunis, the "Friends With Benefits" actress, has reportedly sold her home in Los Angeles for $3.82 million just days before her due date.
The pregnant star first put the home on market for $3.99 million. Joshua Altman of Hilton & Hyland represented Kunis in the sale, while the buyers were assisted by Michael Tunick of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California.
Public records show that Kunis purchased the home in 2008 for $2.88 million.
The house is a 4,900-square-foot single-family home, sitting on a 0.33-acre lot. The residence has five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.
Interiors of the home feature vaulted wood-beamed ceilings, paneled hardwood flooring, large glass windows and slider doors. Boasting of an open floor plan, the home provides spacious living areas.
There is a modern kitchen with a large breakfast bar and a combined living and dining space. Most of the bedrooms have access to the outdoors. The master suite has a huge walk-in closet and a plush bathroom with a soaking tub.
There is a full-fledged theater and fitness center in the house too.
Outside, the home has a huge pool with a spa, a poolside cabana and seating area. Wooden decks offer panoramic views of the city below and there is a covered two-car garage as well.

Kunis and her actor fiancé Ashton Kutcher have moved into a plush Beverly Hills pad they purchased together in May. Their new home is a 7,351-square-foot single-family home and has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The deal was reportedly an off-market one.
Kunis and Kutcher bought in the Hills just after news of the "Two and a Half Men" star marketing his Hollywood Hills home in a quiet off-market deal broke out. Kutcher was selling because Kunis wanted to move to a more family-friendly house to bring up the baby and Kutcher's bachelor pad did not suit their purpose anymore. The home sold to Nicholas Chartier for $9.9 million, according to the Real Estalker (via Variety)
The couple is very excited about welcoming the baby. Kunis is due anytime this week.
The "Jupiter Ascending" actress earlier revealed at the Ellen DeGeneres show that she was going to have a home birth. The couple has been super organized since then and has apparently even completed putting together the nursery for their soon-to-come bundle of joy, Us Weekly reports.
