It's a super deal for "Supernatural" Dean.
Jensen Ackles, the hunky actor who plays the role of the elder brother of the Winchester duo in the superhit horror series "Supernatural", has managed to find a buyer for his Malibu home as the residence has gone under contract within days of listing.
Ackles put the home on market late in August, listing it for $6.99 million. The Wall Street Journal broke the news of the listing then, noting Shen Schulz of Sotheby's International Realty is the listing agent.
Ackles purchased the property in late 2012 for $4.8 million. The purchase was widely covered by the propertazzi. Ackles and his wife embarked on a gut-renovation project and added several luxury amenities to the house. The Journal reports that now the couple is moving to another home they own in Malibu.
The couple said in a statement to the publication that they loved living in the house.
"We loved living here because we love the Little Dume gated beach, and the easy-going lifestyle of Malibu. The entire neighborhood comes out for the 4th of July Parade," they said in a statement.
Ackles and his wife got the home for a discount in 2012. The two-storey home was originally listed for $5.9 million.
The home, which previously included 4,698-square-foot of living space, now spans an area of 5,940 square feet. The place still has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Sitting on a 1.01 acre lot, the Mediterranean single-family residence is the pinnacle of luxury living.
The house has large glass doors and windows with hardwood floors and high single-beamed ceilings.
Living spaces include a formal living room, a dining area and a family room.
The place also has a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and an open terrace area.
Outside, the home has a swimming pool, ample seating areas, a small kitchen plus barbecue and a spa as well.
The listing describes the place as:
"Secluded in gated privacy amidst mature trees, on approx. 1.1 flat acres sits one of the most exquisite homes in Malibu's prestigious Point Dume. Impeccably remodeled in 2014 and professionally designed using the finest materials and craftsmanship."

Jared Padalecki (Sam Winchester) sold his Studio City home for $2.4 million. His house is a 3,818-square-foot residence, comprising of four bedrooms and five bathrooms. He purchased the place in June 2009 for $1.7 million and sold it for the exact same price he listed it for.
