Kim Kardashian, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star, and her rapper husband Kanye West have reportedly put their under-renovation Bel Air home up for sale asking $11 million.
In July, several tabloids reported that the couple was planning to put the residence on market because they were exhausted of trying to stay up-to-date with the fixtures and appliances in the house.
"They want to sell very soon, but they might just finish the house enough to get it on the market without trying to make it their perfect home. They have no interest in becoming professional 'flippers' but rather have found the entire process exhausting," a source told E!Online.
Kim and Kanye purchased the residence for $9 million in June, last year. At that time, it was reported that the lovebirds would be decorating and redesigning the place right from scratch.
They planned on turning the residence into an Italian-style mansion. The home was being designed to include a movie theater, a state-of-the-art gym and a complete makeup and hair salon. Along with the exquisite amenities, the home was also to boast of an outdoor pool, basketball court and a bowling alley.
The couple also planned to build a whole nanny-wing dedicated to their one-year-old daughter North West. More recently, some tabloids reported that Kanye was building an in-house hospital to protect Kim and North.
"When we bought our Bel Air house, we didn't have a baby, we weren't even pregnant. After you have a baby, you realize that you need so many other things and a different kind of space. So being in the city is a different life. We wanted to be away and have more privacy," Kim explained to People Magazine.

While the home was under renovations, Kim, Kanye and North were living at Kim's mother Kris Jenner's house. Earlier, Kim revealed that she loved living with her mom and sisters but because the home was taking ages to finish, the couple was home-hunting actively.
Soon after news of their home-hunt surfaced, Kim and Kanye went ahead and dropped $20 million on a plush mansion in Hidden Hills.
The home is reportedly a French-style manor sitting on a large 3-acre lot. There are two swimming pools, eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, saunas and steam showers as well as a full-fledged vineyard at the rear of the house.
