The week-long annual Empire State Building (ESB) holiday music-to-light show by Empire State Realty Trust Inc and iHeartMedia was announced to premiere tonight at 7 o'clock.
"Through our partnership with iHeartMedia, our signature light shows set to music have become a spectacular sight illuminating the New York City skyline, and our holiday light shows are particular New York City favorites," said Anthony E. "This year the Empire State Building and iHeartMedia are happy to have Grammy-nominated acapella group Pentatonix share in the holiday spirit with all of New York City, and the world through our aerial video of the show."
According to their press release in PR Newswire, renowned lighting designer Marc Brickman will be designing the show that will be synced live each night on iHeartMedia's 106.7 liteFM at 7 p.m. from Dec. 21 through Dec. 24. One of the most awaited features of the ESB holiday music-to-light show is the performance of the chart-topping acapella group Pentatonix singing their Grammy-nominated track, "Dance of the Sugarplum Fairy," from their #1 holiday album, That's Christmas to Me.

Empire State Building fans all over the world can join in the fun by using the hashtag #ESBUnwrapped in all social media channels. The show will be immediately uploaded to the Empire State Building's YouTube channel after the event.
