The swirling rumors suggest that this 2,524-square-foot modern property is going to be her new love nest. The two-bed, four-bath condo looks perfect for her and her 35-year-old boyfriend, Corey Gamble, to have quality, along time together. Originally built in 1980, the condo unit boasts of its French oak and lime flooring on one floor. According to Trulia, the Kitchen with custom cabinets and steam cabinet may just give her the inspiration to probably come up with her own cookbook.
According to InStyle, interior designer of Kris Jenner's other California home Jeff Andrews says, "Kris is an amazing cook, and with a big family, the kitchen needed to be beautiful and worthy of entertaining, but also user-friendly." She might probably start thinking of a new cooking show.

This new home is actually an additional investment for the Kardashian matron. She already owns a four-millio- dollar six-bed, eight-bath home in the luxurious enclave of Hidden Hills, according to Trulia, which she bought way back in 2010 and is said to be her main home.
