Adam Carolla, the famous podcast king of "The Adam Carolla Show", has reportedly reduced the cost of his Malibu home, re-listing it for $3.99 million.
Carolla first listed the house in June, this year with a $4.49 million price tag. At that time it was listed with Michael Cunningham of Pinnacle estate properties. However, the home got another price chop in August listing at $4.1 million and is now available for a lesser price.
This time, Carolla is being represented by Stephanie Vitacco and Diane Thrall of Keller Williams and Katie Bentzen of Partners Trust as well, according to The Los Angeles Times.
Carolla's Malibu residence is located in the Point Dume area and can serve as a great vacation retreat. Trulia may have called the house "ho-hum by Hollywood standards", but the home does have some swanky amenities.
Spanning an area of 2,810 square feet, the residence has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Listing photos show interiors that boast of floor-to-ceiling glass windows, hardwood flooring and ample open spaces.
There is a manicured lawn in the back-yard and a chilly-shaped pool with a spa in the middle. There is a two-car garage and a guest house as well.
The listing describes the space as a "private paradise" that is "situated on nearly 2 flat acres of lushly landscaped bliss".

More recently, Carolla put his Lake Hollywood home for rent asking $13,500 a month. He purchased the house with his wife, for $1.63 million in 2003.
Carolla also purchased a La Canada-Flintridge home last year for $2.9 million, which is just a stone's throw away from actor Vince Vaughn's house. He purchased the home through the same trust with which he bought his now-listed Malibu house. Read more on the property here.
Carolla and his wife lived in a Spanish style home in Hollywood since 2003. They vacated the place to move into the new neighborhood.
The Real Estalker speculated that the couple might have moved as the suburb's school system is one of the best in the country and they have school-going fraternal twins.
Carolla shot to fame with his stint on the radio talk show, 'Loveline'. He co-hosted the show with Drew Pinsky and went on to host his own talk show (distributed as a podcast) that has been ranked the most downloaded podcast by the Guinness World Records. He also appeared on several celebrity reality shows like "Dancing with the Star"' and "Celebrity Apprentice."
