Zachary Quinto, the "Star Trek" actor, has reportedly listed his home in Los Angeles for $1.16 million.
Curbed broke news of the deal and the residence is being represented by James Foreman of Sotheby's International Realty. Property records show that the "Heroes" actor bought the home for just $865,000 in 2008.
The home has been dubbed "charming" and "cozy" by several news outlets. It spans an area of 1,505 square feet and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Interiors of the home are indeed charming with stone-tiled floors, large glass doors and windows and ample ventilation.
The semi-open floor plan allows for free indoor-outdoor movement. There is a living room, a dining area and a modern kitchen with custom cabinetry.
One can access the entertaining deck right from the kitchen. The deck allows for ample seating areas where one can celebrate elaborate meals. There is a fire pit and a waterfall feature on the deck too.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a study as well. The listing describes the home as a "Sensational 1948 Mid-Century with minimalist clean lines."
"This is a perfect, stylish retreat from the city, and is ideally located to be convenient to both Los Feliz and Silver Lake," it adds.

News of the listing comes just as news of a possible third installment of the "Star Trek" series is doing the rounds. In fact, Quinto himself said that the movie could start production in the next six months.
"I think it's on the horizon," 37-year-old Quinto, who plays Spock in the series said on "the Today Show"
"Things are rumbling, so I have a feeling that we will be in production sometime in the next six months," he added.
Chris Pine and Zoe Saldana are also expected to reprise their roles but director J.J. Abrams will not be returning, according to E!Online.
