Rocker Jon Bon Jovi may have found a potential buyer for his long-listed New York City penthouse in supermodel Heidi Klum as the multi-talented model was spotted checking the pad out recently.
The New York Post reports that Klum was seen touring Bon Jovi's residence at 158 Mercer Street. While there is no intel on if she liked it, the specs of the home are pretty great.
The swanky duplex residence is a 7,452-square-foot condo with five bedrooms and five full and one half bathroom.
The penthouse apartment offers full views of the city's skyline, has central heating and cooling, and comes with an elevator and doorman service.
The home has floor-to-ceiling glass windows, drywall ceilings, hardwood flooring and free indoor-outdoor flow.
Floor plans of the home show that an entrance opens into the foyer that leads up to the great room. There is an open kitchen attached to the room. Two bedrooms and a study lie on the right of the great room and two others to the left. The master suite with an attached dressing room also exists on the floor.
A staircase leads up to the upper level, which has a large living room, a media room, an office and a guest room. A kitchen is also attached to the living room. There are two terraces one each at the front and the rear.
Building amenities include 24/7 doorman and concierge services.
The listing asserts that the penthouse underwent a gut renovation describing it as "the most exceptional Duplex Penthouse Downtown: Nothing compares to this extraordinary condominium penthouse that hovers over all of Soho with breathtaking, panoramic, protected views, located in the full service New Museum Building on Soho's most desirable cobbled block."

Meanwhile, Klum just sold her mega mansion in Brentwood for $24 million. She listed the home late in June for $25 million. She purchased the Italianate villa with her ex-husband musician Seal for $14 million and spent a lot of time, money and effort in converting the estate to its current glory.
