Minnie Driver, the "Good Will Hunting" actress, has reportedly purchased a home in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, for $2.46 million.
This is Driver's second residence in the area. She has been a resident of the place for more than a decade now. Her new house is just near her old home that she purchased in 1998 for $775,000, Trulia reports.
The new home is probably an investment house and according to public records, Driver snagged the place for a slight discount. The home hit the market in July this year asking $2.49 million.
The residence is a 2,768-square-foot single-family house that has three bedrooms and three full and one quarter bathroom.
The home sits on a secure, gated lush green 0.48-acre lot with iron gates opening through a brick walk-way leading to it.
A brick patio opens into the living room through a bright blue door into contemporary interiors featuring dark hardwood flooring, high beamed ceilings and French windows and wide doorways.
There is a formal living room with a fore place, a dining area, an interior sitting room, a modern kitchen with custom cabinetry and state-of-art appliances. The master suite has a huge en-suite bathroom and walk-in closets.
Outside, the home has a lagoon-style pool with waterfall features, ample lounging area and manicured green gardens and recreation space. There are two garages that can accommodate eight cars.
The listing described the home as a "remodeled traditional" showcasing "impeccable taste & quality".
"This is a truly stunning & rare property!" it read.
