China Mobile seemingly affirmed the arrival of the "Samsung Galaxy S7" during a recent event where the carrier presented their roadmap for the next months.
We have heard a lot about the "Samsung Galaxy S7" in the past months and the rumors that have surfaced provided extreme possibilities for the flagship. This is probably why people have been nothing but excited about the next Samsung flagship, and probably why the China Mobile announcement managed to reach worldwide news outlets.
According to the report, "Samsung Galaxy S7" will come in March and it will carry a price tag of around RMB300, at least that's what the announcement has stated. If we convert that figures to USD, it will be at around $465, but do take note that its converted price may not be its actual US price. But it probably won't be too far away from that number.
Other smartphones that was mentioned in the report are the "Huawei P9","Samsung Galaxy A5", and "Samsung Galaxy A7". As for the March release month, this is actually backed up by the earlier rumors saying that the "Samsung Galaxy S7" will be announced at the MWC event in February and will be followed by a March release.
"Samsung Galaxy S7" Rumored Features
The "Samsung Galaxy S7" is actually something worthy to be excited about. Aside from the camera spec bump, the phone is expected to get a big internal boost too. Physically, the "Samsung Galaxy S7" may not be too far away from its S6 predecessor, it is unlikely for the company to overhaul their flagship's look once again considering that they already did that on the S6. So we can just expect the "Samsung Galaxy S7" to be an upgraded version of the "Galaxy S6". Furthermore, the "Samsung Galaxy S7" was also rumored to come with another variant, though no confirmed news about that came out recently. Still, that's not entirely an impossibility.
