Is "Arrow" star Stephen Amell leaving the superhero franchise series soon? Is his departure on the franchise also the end for CW's series "Arrow?"
Inquisitr reports that Stephen Amell once hinted that the next season after the current "Arrow" might be the last straw for the series. In his past interview, Amell once relayed that the CW series is slated for five years and this assumption rocked fans views that the show might be on its final leg.
"We were always built to be a five year show, which is a very courageous thing to plan for when you're just in the pilot stages of something," Amell once said in an interview.
Although Amell's comments seem hinting about the show's end, the outlet revokes this assumption and therefore claims that Amell's comments doesn't indicate that "Arrow" is indeed ending anytime soon.
"That being said, just because Amell admitted that the original plan for the series only included five seasons doesn't mean that the show will be end its run next year," according to the publication. "It is entirely possible that plans have changed since then, and producers can find a way to extend the storyline well into the future."
Meanwhile, the CW series "Arrow" where Amell plays the main protagonist Oliver Green is currently on its winter break. Before the hiatus happened for the DC Universe series, a lot of questions plagued viewers on what will happen next on the series' comeback. One of which is the aftermath of Felicity's sudden shot after Oliver proposed to her.
