'Clash Of Clans' Update & News: Supercell Tweaks Personal Break, Rolls Out X-Mas Tree, Easter Egg Obstacle

Game developer Supercell has announced that it has implemented major changes in its popular game "Clash of Clans." It was said that the company specifically tweaked the game's Personal Break timer system. It can be recalled that avid fans of the game were disappointed after the game received the recent Town Hall 11 update, a report from iDigital Times said.

"After this last update, the Personal Break online time limit has been increased to 4 hours, and the Personal Break timer will now fully reset itself when a Clash of Clans player has been offline for 15 minutes without either a Shield or a Village Guard. The Personal Break limit extension has also been increased 15 minutes by Supercell, to 30 minutes as well. This Personal Break limit extension is only activated if a Clash of Clans player is kicked out of Clash of Clans while not being attacked or if they take a defense without a shield," the report said.

According to the report, the developer was able to fix the game's Personal Break timer system. This means that players will not be forced now into a Personal Break if they have been offline for a definite period of time. It can be recalled that prior to the game's update, the online time limit was set for three hours. The time limit forced players to go offline for 30 minutes sans a Shield or a Village Guard.

"The revised personal break timer has been a sore spot for those that like to carefully nail down their strategies. While the feature was designed to level the playing field for those that can't stay logged in as frequently, it ended up getting in the way. Players that once loved the game were sometimes barred from access during critical moments," Design & Trend said.
