Hugh Grant has become a proud father for the fourth time on Wednesday. His girlfriend Anna Eberstein gave birth to a lovely baby girl which is the couple's second child together, a report from Daily Mail said.
The 55-year-old actor was once one of the most eligible bachelors. He has gone from having no children to being a dad to four kids in just a matter of four years!
A regional publication Sundsvall Tinding even reported about the birth, "Anna Eberstein from Sundsvall has had her second child with film star Hugh Grant," the report mentioned. "The newest member of the family saw the light of day for the first time last Wednesday."
Anna is also the mother of Hugh's second child, John. The Eberstein family was reported to be very delighted about their newest family member.
Anna's mother, Susanne, is a judge and a prominent left-wing politician who was also overjoyed about the birth. Swedish newspaper Ornskoldsviks Allehanda reported the news that her second grandchild had been born.
Susanne can't contain her excitement, "I can confirm that I have another grandchild," she said. "It is wonderful that we now have grandchildren."
Anna's brother Christian Eberstein also took to media his happiness, "We are a wonderful family and we all love each other very much," he said. "As a family we are very loving towards everyone both those who have been in the family for a long time and those who newly have become part of this family."
It was unclear however if the baby was born in Sweden or in the UK. Hugh and Anna purchased a property in the south of Sweden's coast which was close to the Eberstein's and the vendor who sold the property said that the "Notting Hill" actor and his girlfriend were looking for a quiet retreat.
Hugh Grant has two other kids with Chinese-born actress Tinglan Hong. He has a daughter, Tabitha who is now four years old and Felix who is just two. Hong was working in a restaurant in Wimbledon when the two met.
