The Fitzroy Project: The Gotham-esque Building Needs to Have Batman Move In

As seen in the image, that is what the developers, JDS and Largo Investments chose to do when they promote their new project, the Fitzroy project where the Batman and bat signal are new additions. It included amenities such as a bat cave, parking for a Batmobile and the butler if a buyer includes the penthouse.

When the menacing photograph was spotted, it was realized that the image file was actually named "Nighttime Hero," prompting a question like, who is this nighttime hero.

JDS and Largo Investments have hinted that apparently a "hero" is a technical term for an architectural rendering of the building.

According to the LLNYC news report, the building is actually beautiful, and it has some unusual features like copper windows and a green terra cotta face. The apartments offer a lot of the pre-war charm which is missing in new construction.

Listed in the building are three apartments that include a four-bedroom selling for $15,875,000.

Sometimes, buyers will get the apartment building they deserve, even if it's not the one needed.

Commissioner James Gordon played in the heart of Gotham with Affleck-esque crew-cut stoicism by O.C. bad boy Ben McKenzie. "I promise you, however dark and scary the world might be right now, there will be light," he tells a sobbing Bruce at the crime scene.

Gotham City is the show real star. The scenes drip color, lots of graffiti on the walls, sunlight streaming through the windows, and blood splashing from wounds, as reported by The Daily Beast news.

Along the way they have inundated with references to Batman, including villains before they were infamous from the caped crusader's canon: Catwoman steals some milk and feeds a cat; Poison Ivy stands by plants; The Riddler says something about riddles; and The Penguin is teased for what appears to be having a sharp nose. And of course there's tiny Bruce, who in one scene stands perilously close to the ledge of Wayne Manor's roof.
