There is no stopping Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani as their relationship gets more serious by the minute. The country star is now telling his family and close friends that he has finally found his soul mate and that he can see himself spending the rest of his life with Stefani.
An insider close to Shelton revealed, "He never thought in a million years that he would find his soul mate so late in life. Yes, he considers Gwen his soul mate and can picture spending the rest of his life with her. He can definitely see himself marrying Gwen. It's not a farfetched idea whatsoever!"
Shelton has already been married twice but the insider said, he is willing to give it another shot. "After two failed marriages, walking down the aisle for a third time was the furthest thing for Blake's mind when he ended things with Miranda. Now that he's with Gwen, Blake is actually considering marriage again."
The country singer's parents have already given Stefani two thumbs up. Shelton's mother Dorothy even gave his new girlfriend a special holiday gift. "Blake's mom, Dorothy, absolutely adores Gwen. She gave her son two thumbs up on his new girlfriend and as a gift Dorothy gave Gwen a photo of Blake when he was a little boy holding his pet frog. She told Gwen a bunch of stories about Blake's childhood and how he used to save all the wild animals and bring her frogs," the source related.
Shelton has also been "great" around Stefani's kids. A separate source said that the country singer has been "extremely supportive" of Stefani and her kids' transition. "Blake is really great with kids and loves being around children. He has a lot of patience," the source revealed.
Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani were recently spotted in Nashville last December 19. The couple celebrated the engagement of Shelton's former "The Voice" mentee Raelynn Woodward and Josh Davis.
