'Bachelor 2016' Spoilers: Ben Will Date Friend of Kaitlyn Bristowe for Revenge? Twins Surprise Ben

“The Bachelor” Season 20 spoilers and teasers are taking the internet by storm since its premiere episode is nearing which is slated on Jan. 4, 2016 on ABC.

Reports suggest that “The Bachelor” season 20 is full of surprises not just for the viewers but even for Ben Higgins. His first surprise during the introduction of the bachelorettes is the identical twins and the two girls from Chris Soules’ season, Becca Tilley and Amber James, Catermatt reported.

When twins Haley and Emily Ferguson arrived at the Mansion, Higgins is obviously stunned. The 23-year-old sisters are from Las Vegas and were born 20-minutes apart. The two are aspiring cheerleaders who work as cocktail waitresses at the Cosmopolitan Hotel's nightclub Marquee, Mail Online reported.

The 28 ladies were introduced to Higgins one by one including one lady who introduced herself as a friend of Kaitlyn Bristowe. Bristowe is the bachelorette of the season where Higgins finished as a runner up. It appears Higgins could date Bristowe's friend as a form of revenge, Movie News Guide reported.

During the premiere, Higgins also received a first kiss from one bachelorette while another one invited him for a make-out session. There are also weird contestants like the one who came with a mini horse. One lady forgot to tell her name to Ben because she was so nervous.

Aside from that, when Ben was about to choose a woman to save from elimination, one bachelorette who happens to be a dentist came and gave him a private exam. And the dentist sneaked a kiss to Higgins after cleaning his teeth.

Meanwhile, contestant Meagan Miller has a hidden past since she was reportedly arrested for a DUI in Texas. Higgins didn't know about Miller's past but still didn't give her a rose. Spoilers reveal that Miller will be out in one of the episodes, Mirror reported.

Get to know more about the ladies in the premiere of the show on January 2016.
