A townhouse in the Tribeca neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, which Channing Tatum - "the Vow" star - once rented, has come up on the rental market for $20,000 a month.
The residence at 155 Duane Street is being offered as a 12 to 18-month rental, fully furnished. Tatum took up space in the townhouse in the summer of 2012, according to The New York Post, which first reported the rental.
The residence is a 2,600-square-foot townhouse with two bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.
Interiors of the townhouse feature beautiful exposed brick walls, hardwood flooring and some drywall and wood-beamed ceilings.
The entrance of the townhouse opens into a marvelous foyer which leads you inside the living quarters. The lower floor has a guest bedroom, a bathroom, a sitting area and a private office.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a grand en-suite bath with a separate dressing area and ample closet room.
The home has a chic chef's kitchen with modern appliances.
There is a rooftop garden with a conservatory that offers panoramic views of the south and the west.

While Tatum's former rental has returned, he and his family were spotted at the beach in Tybee Island, Ga., soaking up the sun and having fun. Tatum and his family is on the island as he is filming the sequel "Magic Mike XXL", according to Celebrity Baby Scoop.
Tatum shared the news of the sequel on Facebook Monday:
