'Mistresses' Season 4 News: Set To Return To Los Angeles; Will Alyssa Milano Come Back As Well?

"Mistresses" will soon return to Los Angeles in order to film Season 4. Will this mean that its original star, Alyssa Milano, is back as well?

Milano left "Mistresses" during Season 2 because the show moved to Vancouver. US Weekly reported that last Oct. 1, 2014 Milano announced her departure from the series. Milano wrote on her blog site, "After two wonderful seasons in Los Angeles, the studio has decided to shoot season three of Mistresses in Vancouver, Canada for financial reasons. It's with a heavy heart that I have decided that I can't relocate."

"I have two babies under 4. Being a mother and wife comes first and I just cannot uproot my children and separate the family by moving away," she added. "I will miss this job desperately and wish everyone the absolute best."

Cleary, Alyssa is not yet ready to move her young family to another country because of her career. The show's move came as no surprise since they were cutting its cost. And according to Carter Matt, there are many shows in The CW that films in the Canadian City.

But now, a good news came up as Deadline reported that "Mistresses" was granted tax incentives by the California Film Commission so that it can move back again to Los Angeles. It has been reported that there are no talks yet made between ABC Studios and Milano about the development. Since Milano left the show, she was not seen doing any projects and that triggered the speculations that it is possible for her to reprise her role as Savi.

Savi is a well-loved character that is why it will bring an increase in viewers if they will have her back on the show. The announcement about the renewal for "Mistresses" Season 4 was made earlier this year. It was also around that time that it was revealed that Jennifer Esposito's character as Calista Raines won't return. Given that, there is a big chance for Milano to be back.
